Independent local print planning for accepted vendors

Kansas City holiday market printing built for more than one weekend

Build the booth once, print the first weekend smart, and schedule a refill from what actually sells. We help makers coordinate readable signs and useful take-home pieces around one approved visual system.

A booth system that can adapt across four weekends

Merry Market is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from November 28 through December 20 at City Market. Its current vendor application describes an outdoor, rain-snow-or-shine market, requires a weighted 10-by-10-foot canopy and asks accepted vendors to create a clean, holiday-decorated display. Those are organizer facts; the print ideas below are independent suggestions, not event requirements.

A useful system separates durable pieces from information likely to change. Keep the main identity consistent, then update prices, features, stock and follow-up offers in smaller batches. That can reduce waste and make the booth easier to refresh after the first selling weekend.

Weather-Ready + Refill print suggestions

1. Durable booth identity

Consider a table-front banner or organizer-compliant booth sign that makes the business name and product category readable from the aisle. Final material and mounting depend on exposure, wind, attachment rules and how the display will be transported.

2. Changeable selling details

Use a small group of price, category or feature panels for details that may change. Keep type large, contrast strong and claims supplied by the vendor. For food, body-care or regulated products, the customer remains responsible for approved copy.

3. Take-home follow-up

Product-story, care, gift, reorder, thank-you or bounce-back cards can help shoppers reconnect after the market. A QR sign should use a final, phone-tested destination and include a readable fallback address.

Custom quoted, never one-size-fits-all. Sizes, substrates, finishes, quantities, artwork, outdoor suitability and price require production review. This is not an official or pre-priced Merry Market package.

How the refill plan works

Approve the visual system

Send the current organizer instructions, accepted weekend(s), booth placement if known, final logo files, copy, dimensions and required-in-hand date.

Print an informed opening batch

Choose quantities for the first weekend instead of guessing at all four. Review one consolidated proof so names, prices, version dates and links agree.

Refill from real demand

Reserve a review date after the first weekend. Reprint only the pieces that moved, with corrections approved before production and subject to current capacity.

Normal production is 1–3 business days after final print-ready files, complete specifications and proof approval. Design, revisions, specialty materials, finishing, delivery and organizer approvals can add time. We do not promise same-day or emergency event production.

Bring these details for a useful quote

  • Your acceptance confirmation and approved market weekend(s)
  • Current organizer rules for signs, attachment, placement, electricity, load-in and storage
  • Final sizes or the measured display area, intended location and expected weather exposure
  • Print-ready logo/art files, approved text, quantities and finishing needs
  • Final QR destination, tested on multiple phones, plus a printed fallback URL
  • Your required-in-hand date and whether pickup or a separately confirmed delivery is needed

Do not send customer payment data, passwords or confidential attendee information. We do not need a private vendor or shopper list to quote your booth materials.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee a material is weatherproof?

No material should be described as weatherproof without reviewing the exact product, print method, mounting, exposure and expected life. Tell us where and how the piece will be used so we can discuss appropriate options and limitations.

Can you use the Merry Market or City Market logo?

Only when the customer supplies written permission and approved files. A vendor's own branding can be used with the vendor's approval. We will not copy organizer photography, marks or other vendors' work.

Can you help before I am accepted?

We can discuss an adaptable planning framework, but event-specific production should wait for acceptance and current rules. Printing does not affect acceptance, and we cannot answer application-status questions.

Do you install or deliver at City Market?

Installation and venue delivery are not included by assumption. Access, receiving, timing, responsibility and any charges must be confirmed before quoting.

Ready to plan your booth pieces?

Send your current rules, approved artwork, desired quantities and required-in-hand date. We will confirm specifications, capacity and a custom quote before you commit.
