Essential identity
A customer-specified banner or sign plus matching contact cards. Useful when the priority is making the exhibitor name and next action easy to see.
Animal or program story
A banner, client-approved animal or program sheets, and a QR follow-up card. Facts, photographs and claims must come from and be approved by the customer.
Retail-vendor conversation
A tabletop sign, product or capabilities handout, and business cards for an independently approved vendor. Booth acceptance and placement remain under organizer control.
What to send for an accurate quote

Include show week, load-in time and pickup or delivery plan. - Organizer instructions
Send the latest size, placement, mounting and material rules you received. - Specifications
List quantity, finished size, material, finishing and where each piece will be used. - Approved content
Provide print-ready artwork plus authorized logos, images, animal facts and contact details.
Normal production timing: Standard print production is typically 1–3 business days after final print-ready artwork, complete specifications and proof approval. This is not a same-day promise. Material availability, finishing, quantity, delivery, installation and current capacity can require more time. The customer’s show deadline and organizer rules always control.
Planning for a new venue
The American Royal says the 2026 show will use its new Kansas City, Kansas campus near State Avenue and 118th Street. Because the campus is opening in phases, do not reuse an old venue plan without checking it. Confirm your assigned entrance, load-in, stall or booth location, mounting method, aisle clearance, delivery point and removal responsibility directly from current organizer instructions.
We can produce to the specifications you approve; we cannot grant venue permission, guarantee organizer acceptance or validate livestock, breed, ownership, health, award or sale claims. Keep welfare and safety first: displays should never create sharp edges, loose cords, blocked ventilation, obstructed paths or animal access.
Common questions
Can you make an “official” American Royal banner?
No official relationship is claimed. We can print customer-authorized materials that use content and marks the customer has the right to use. American Royal and other third-party logos require permission.
Can you recommend a finished size?
We can discuss practical print options after you provide the organizer’s placement limits, viewing distance and mounting rules. The customer must obtain any required venue or organizer approval.
Can you print animal information or sale sheets?
Yes, subject to production review. Pedigree, ownership, performance, health, award, price and sale terms must be supplied and approved by the customer.
Do you deliver or install at the new campus?
Do not assume either service. Ask when requesting a quote so access, schedule, insurance, delivery point and current capacity can be reviewed before any commitment.
