Timing for AAEE 2026
AAEE's current primary page lists the conference for October 19–21, 2026, at Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. The dedicated career-fair page lists Monday, October 19, from 4–7 p.m. Because organizer pages contain some conflicting or stale fields, confirm the final schedule and all exhibitor logistics directly with AAEE.
For a responsible quote, share your required-in-hand date—not just the event date. Hotel receiving, storage, handling fees, delivery access and on-site placement are not included unless they are specifically verified and quoted.

Customers must have permission to use every mark and supply approved files. Event or venue logos are not included by default.
Can you deliver directly to the hotel?
Only after receiving rules, access, labeling, fees, signature requirements and timing are confirmed in writing. Local pickup may be the safer option.
Can you design the materials?
Describe the design need when requesting a quote. Design and copy changes can add time beyond the normal print-production window.
What should a QR code point to?
Use a stable, employer-controlled, mobile-friendly page with a clear next step. Test the code from a printed proof and avoid destinations likely to expire immediately after the fair.
